I cannot comment on dispatch and delivery arrangements as they have left me totally baffled. A week ago, Yodel notified me that they had left the package in my porch. What had Yodel to do with it? Why leave a parcel outside my house in the open? Obviously their claim was untrue. Argos were fine and did what they promise to do. Did the seller know Yodel somehow muscled in on the transaction? No point asking Yodel.
