My belief is that when they went to ship the item they found shipping to be too expensive so instead of honoring their post they chose to cancel my order giving a false reason to PayPal so that PayPal would refund my money. My money was refunded, and when I called PayPal to complain about this seller they made it sound like their hands were tied because the money had been refunded. The seller would not communicate. Bad business!

    JUST WHAT I NEEDED!

    The grind is fine enough to make my bread and any other place I might be tempted to use a wheat product- which would have me sick for a week! You cannot go carb-free and stray healthy, you need a little, be it allergies, or blood sugar if wheat is out this is an excellent option. One note if you are on a no wheat diet, get a sourdough starter too, because commercial yeast is made to grow on wheat flour or sugar.

    Yup! Rye flour!

    The flour may be 100% rye. The bag was 100% paper, not unreasonably inked or glossed; a wonderful surprise. The rye flour acts its part with little variance. Warning, I am quite new to 100% rye flour based bread and cracker production. Not much to say. The price was great! Shipping was in a cardboard box...YEA!
