I have ordered a hihg quality leather jacket for €235 on 29th of January. Should arrive on 8th of Feb. Instead arrived on 20th of Feb, but before I have to paid additional €85 to customs duty to release my item to be delivered. I have received my parcel today after 3 weeks from my purchase. To mu surprise, Instead leather jacket I have received some cheap fabric jacket that looks nothing like that was advertised on the website. I am very disappointed and angry !! Need to resolve this ASAP !!
