Item exactly as described, professionally packaged. I have been using this clamp meter since purchased and decided to take a look inside. It’s designed with precision op amps, but noticed additional soldering had been done, leaving rosin on the board. The cable length is shorter than my other clamp meters. I was able to remove the cable and install a male BNC connector. For the price I have no regrets. I do question the “OWON” in the description perhaps it should be “OWON compatible”.

MINOR SCRATCHES?????????????????/
I don't mind buying a product that is used or a bit WORN OUT ... But this says minor scratches on listing, I just received item FRIDAY 10-23-2015 AT 3:15 Chicago Illinois time and it don't have scratches it is gouged all over the screen and when I say all over I mean ALL OVER!!! and not just the screen but the black casing on the front on top of screen.... in the picture shown in this add THE #4 PIC I Believe it says look for example it shows one gouge top lest this it thrashed all over I am beyond mad I sat in front of computer for 3 hrs deciding on going with this or a new 7" $104 one on Amazon I stared at that pic of screen scratch for hours and decided it wasn't that bad THIS IS BAD!!!! and I cant evev see how pic look because it don't come with charger. and that fine as it said it ... I bought a security system and purchased a 7" analog input monitor for it. I couldn't size the image so that it would all fit on the screen. It worked OK using the HDMI output to a regular TV, so I wanted a monitor that had an HDMI input, and I found this 10" unit for a few dollars more and it also has a larger screen. It is working out well.
