      Simple but effective

      Nice and easy to instal. I screwed it in from the inside adding huge washers but you could probably make a neater job. For stowage whilst the door is open I swing it one way then the other way when the door is shut. I shall be fitting some type of bracket on the door with a lock so the handrail can add extra security.

      Both types,

      Door jamb one is fast and easy, the type that requires 4 holes can be tricky depending on obstructions and cupboards on the interior, check van for positioning and access to drilled holes/ back of bolts, etc. Good solid product.

      Simple to fit and use

      A good solid deterrent that is easy to fit and use. It does need a clear wall on the inside of the caravan to take the bolts (one of our doors has an internal wall so I had to fit it vertically over the door). If someone really wanted to rob us I expect the lock would deter them from breaking in via the door and would use the windows instead. Is there a device for windows too? The sale was easy and delivery was on time. Cant really fault it.

      The best door lock for a caravan door that know of.

      I found these sliding locks much better for my arthritic hands. The other locks that you twist that are on my other caravan are hard to twist for my hands so I am very pleased with my new pair of locks. I feel they secure my stable door to my caravan. I also like that you can press the lock button when you have slid them open to lock them in the open position. Doing this stops some idiot from having a joke on you after you have gone to bed and sliding the locks and closing them to stop you opening your door the next morning.       very secure worth the purchase cost very happy

      strong well made easy to fit now makes campervan more secure when left luckily fitting screws were the right length for my van longer screws are available for thicker walls on some vans good product would recommend the purchase to any one thinking of buying a secure devise like this
