Better than table salt
I was surprised when the salt was wet when I opened the bag but after reading up on it that’s how it’s supposed to be. I like this product. It’s high in minerals and is supposed to be better for you than table salt, though I only use it for cooking as the grains a too large to add to a meal.

I made sauerkraut using this salt and it tastes great.
This light grey salt was cheaper than others that looked at. I wondered if it would be ok. I have used it in making 1KG of sauerkraut and it tastes great. The salt will last me for a long time even if I make lots of sauerkraut I

A crystal or two brightens up a glass of sparkling water too. I tried this during the recent heat-wave, as a quicker option than my usual re-hydration recipe, to help replace salts lost through the skin in the heat.
