I am so disappointed because your carrier has let you down very badly, this particular delivery person is both lazy and incompetent because the package was just left out in the rain. This person was too idle to even bother to ring the door or use the drop box.

    better than Uvex

    What you should be spending on a comparable item. Used for blue blocking. Cannot tell if blue tone LEDs are on or not. so block pure blu tones. This removes blues from any lighting. Found it really helps with sleep. use 30mins before light out togive the braina chance to generate serotonin

    Blue light blocking

    These work great if you do night shifts as it helps you wind down and feel kind of sleepy before you go to bed.keep them on upto 30 mins prior to bed and you will defo notice a difference in your sleep ie extra hours
