Great for improving you sleep patterns.
I have been using De-stress for a few months and have managed to change my sleep patterns for the better. Because it worked well for me I have bought a couple more for a son and friend. My son has used it and it has really helped him for the better as he has a really stressful job. I am waiting for the friend to come tomorrow and give him the Total-De-Stress and wait to see how it will affect him and help him have a good nights sleep for the first time in years.
