Returning Goods

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our courier.
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will then send a replace order.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

    Flat wood bits

    I have only used a couple of the bits so far. 'Bought the set of six as only a few pence more than buying individual bits. As long as you drill a 3mm pilot hole, the bits do not drift and are quite capable of cutting circles. I am building a bass guitar, and the 18mm in a drill stand cut through the headstock to fit the machine heads with no difficulty. Equally the 25mm bit in a cordless drill was adequate for cutting a deep hole to mount a Neutrik locking jack socket into the edge of the body. The only caveat being that the drill needed to be set on the slow speed because of the amount of wood it was removing. For the price, if you are only an occasional user, I don't think that they can be beaten.

    Poor quality drill bits

    Bent drill bits, all 6 of them cheap, unusable fit for nothing, can see they bent by eye once in drill can see the bit rotations in a oval shape. Just very very poor quality which lead me having to go and purchase some last minute to get the job done.

    Disappointed with the quality but arrived on time.

    Half of the bits did not spin true. They are poor quality. I managed to true one up better with an hammer. So a little disappointed. On the plus side didn't loose much sleep over it and they arrived in good time.

    Not what it says on the tin.

    I would not rate this product because they just don't cut. I know you get what you pay for but it is only a good buy if they work. I was using them on softwood and to be honest they were burning there way in instead of cutting, sorry would not recommend.
