Very understanding and generous seller. I was surprised by the colour difference of the item I received compared to the photos. This was a fault of the original manufacturer rather than this eBay seller. However, Dean (owner of eBay shop) still offered me a partial refund and to keep the coat OR to return the item all together with a full refund.
