The shoe is a cheaply made knock off with a bad opening cut at the top of shoe where you initially insert your foot. Insert cut is for a shoe size that would fit a women's foot 2 shoe sizes smaller. There's only a 3inch opening to insert your foot, for a 9.5 size shoe. That's horribly defective.
