Ohne das Ladegerät zurück zuschicken wurde mir ein neuen zugesendet. Der Personal der mit mir kommuniziert hat, war sehr freundlich und haben das Problem so schnell wie möglich gelöst. the item arrived quickly, however this charger does NOT charge Li-ion batteries. it will charge NiCad & Nihm. the seller was very quick to answer my question regarding this issue as i had purchased 2 Li-Ion battery from them (which work perectly). and they gave me a refund for the charger, i offered to send the charger back to them and they said it was not nessasary. you cant get any farer than that. would buy from again
