    I love the item and how it works. However the letdown is in its charging lead. Two tiny prongs protrude from the end of the charging lead point and these cause issues over time; such as in our case they have caused the connection inside the monitor to loosen so that the monitor doesn't charge. These 2 prongs are totally unnecessary (have never seen them on any charging lead of the same type!)
