I sent messages to seller about the advertised shirt being new with tags, but shirt had permanent stains. Tried to work something out that would be fair and simple. Asked if we could adjust price and refund 30% since it would cost me 75% of purchase price to mail back damaged product. Never heard back from this seller. Gave up. Good luck working w this seller if you receive your product damaged and not as advertised.

You sent a single message stating you would accept a $5 refund for the "stains" with threat of negative feedback which is extortion. You never attempted to return, and if you had you would have seen they're automatically accepted for 30 days and that damaged and items not as described items return shipping is covered by the seller. You likely knew this, which is why you tried to extort a partial refund instead of returning. I would rather you return so we can donate than be scammed by you.

Thanks I appreciate it for finally receiving my item. Item was new very old packaging with mold on it obviously package had water damage not from Shipping but from being stored in a damp place
