1. Payment terms
Please note your shipping address must match your PAYPAL address, once you complete the checkout process we will not be able to amend or cancel the order. If you want to change the shipping address please change it before making the payment as we can not change the shipping address later, we will not be able to check your messages on order notes regarding address change or other information.
 
2. Returns and refunds
The goods becomes your property as soon as they are dispatched to you. Sent quickly, well packed. There I'm afraid it ends as a GOOD experience or a good item. It says sold without batteries - except the "Instruction Manual" - Such As That Is! - says it Should be supplied with them! The pads take quite a firm press of the cloths popper type joint to the leads, meaning it's difficult/impossible to join them On The Body. Unfortunately it takes Very Little indeed to disconnect them again, so you have to peel the pads off & start again! It eats batteries!
