I could not have had a better experience! The item was shipped the very next day and the seller contacted me prior in order to fill me in on some details and answer any questions. The item (a Sony camcorder) was impeccably packed with terrific attention to detail.. All of the components were well padded/protected. I am digitizing a bunch of digital 8mm tapes from 25+ years ago, so I am only using it as a player, but it works perfectly in that capacity. It was a pleasure dealing with this seller.
