Awful delivery, terrible customer service. Only buy light parcels from them., not 16 kg! Parcel not left with neighbour as requested, instead had only 6 days to collect it from over 1 mile away after only one delivrry attempt. It weighed almost 16kg! The cheapest cab would have cost over £12 to get it. Fortunately I have a bike with rack/panniers, it still took over 1/2 hr. I contacted seller to let them know, absolutely no apology, just told me they were happy I'd got the parcel. Awful service
