      Seller did not mention the knife on the piece was broken. The seller should have mentioned that instead of saying look at the piece for condition! I was not familiar with this piece and it wasn’t till I received it that I noticed it. But I’m keeping it bc one day maybe I can fix it.

    • Iomega Zip Disks

      The old 8-inch, 5¼-inch, and 3½-inch floppy disks were the first data storage sources that came out with the first personal computers. IBM introduced the 8" diskette commercially in 1971. The 5¼-inch, and 3½-inch floppy disks were the source of data storage thru the 1980s. When Iomega Zip Disks first came out back in the 1994 they became an instant hit almost immediately, the reliability was excellent. Iomega sent me one of the first drives and the 100mg dicks for free back then as I owned a service bureau. Thru the years I have owned many drives and disks, as I still do to this day. Failure rate on these was very low, I rarely saw it. People would transfer files using these disks from company to company or person to person. Most also used them as backup disks for files as well.
