It is fantastic at keeping the water clean and the fish heathy. Not only that if you buy a big bottle like i do it works out more economical. I have a 400 liter aquarium, so i tend to go through it quicker than say someone with a 100 liter tank. It's best to buy as much as you can afford.

However I contacted customer services and they apologised for their mistake, and sent the remaining 48 packs by express delivery. Can't fault the service really as they immediately stepped up. Excellent value for money. The boxes were only wrapped in thin plastic which meant some of them were a bit bashed, but the pouches weren't damaged.
