Prompt delivery and the product works very well on both hard and soft floor coverings. The cleaner works without having the app. However, the app to gives you all the additional functions such as camera security and remote access you will needs to be downloaded. Instructions are basic and the compatibility with our wireless router took a while to set up and is a challenge which needed a huge amount of reconfiguring. Please note your router must be set at 2.5 ghz I called my supplier to get help.

Good Product works on all surfaces takes a while to set up for Wi-Fi
The product works well on all surfaces cleaning and working around the house. Setting it up is a challenge we needed to reset our broadband router to accommodate the 2.5ghz recommended setting for the unit to work with mobile devices and Alexa. However, the unit works perfectly fine manually without the need for Wi-Fi. We found that you have to keep an eye around steps where it doesn't always stop and requires a gentle nudge to help it move along.
