Wrong item received. refused to take back item sent as said they didn't send that item! i have proof of tracking number from ebay confirmation order/dispatch page that matches tracking number on parcel I received with wrong item. I ordered a zara woman's kaftan and received a man's lambretta polo jumper and paid £28.99. Waiting to hear back after sending photos to prove tracking information. will keep you posted.

Purchased dress, Royal Mail tracking showed label issued but that was all, nothing to say it was posted. Contacted Seller twice, no response at all. I waited nearly a month with no communication or dress arriving. EBay arranged refund very swiftly. Very disappointed as would really have liked the dress.
