Dispatch time good but courier took their time, delivered after due date-but not sellers fault. Upon receiving the item I found it wasn't the phone I ordered which was an s8+. Phone that arrived was a note 8. Was advised a more expensive phone, but, it was not what I ordered. Seller agreed return of item and provided a pre pay post label. Refund completed. Would advise seller to contact customer first before sending different item. Good communication and after sale service made up for error.

The Galaxy Tab was listed as "A"+ and pristine condition, but Tablet I received was in very poor condition. I will attach pictures. When I contacted the seller about this the reply was arrogant and defensive. Seller avoid all the responsibility! Further attempts to contact the seller have been ignored. Totally rude and arrogant seller! Don't BUY!
