    The final product is very disappointing. The stone looks like a garnet and not a ruby. The color is redish brown and not red or redish pink like rubies as you can see in the photos. I contacted the seller and basically they said tough! You got what you ordered. Sooo BUYER BEWARE. I will never order another custom piece from them.
