    Great for people who have done Pilates before

    This was recommended to me by a friend and has lived up to expectations. There are 5 different 10 minutes sections which can be mixed and matched. I find it more useful to do 3 x 10 minutes sessions at a time and as there are spares, you can make it different each time. Found it straight forward but simple to make it more challenging if so desired.

    Happy with purchase!

    I like these DVD's as the format allows me to dip in and out and combine different 10 minute sessions to suit whattime I have. I suspectif I had only bought this one I would get bored with it fairly soon, but I have 5 diffent ones and rotate them! I would suggest that this is not ideal foir a beginner who has never done pilates - it is best to have done some classes with qualified instructors first as they don't really go through the basics. I am happy with this and would buy again.
