This is a good product for a good product price. Item as described. But I had accidentally placed another order from this seller (wrong size futon, too small) for which I sent a cancellation request immediately after, which was completely ignored, so I had to open a returns request, for which the seller adds a returns fee as well as postage costs, instead of just cancelling the order as I had requested! So I was only able to get about 50% of the cost refunded.
