I have thrown all of my stock away and bought this beautifully fragrant, TRUE Cinnamon from Ceylon. The difference was chalk and cheese with the smell, taste and health benefits and I will never go back to the cheaper, inferior type, neither will my friends, all of whom are switching too.

I raised the issue with the seller and the seller gave me partial refund. So I would say the customer service was excellent and my experience is positive. But the description should just be more accurate. Good e-bayer and I recommend the seller despite the inaccuracy because of good customer handling
