Ordered from a Canadian Dealer to keep business in Canada. I was advised that the tape I ordered was not in stock and was asked if I would accept a substitute from stock, which I agreed to. Only to be advised that the substitute was not in stock either. I ordered the identical product, the same day, in the original size I asked for, from an offshore supplier and received it within 10 days. I expect better from a Canadian company with this amount of feedback. Come on guys, get your act together.
