The pod I bought were supposed to be new. They are, however, I ordered 4 (two packs of two). 4 pods arrived out of the boxes and only one box, which was flattened. I’m not sure if this was to fit them in a smaller postage bag. Thankfully I’d not ordered them for a friend, it’s a bit strange to send them that way.
