Terrible seller. Do not engage with them. The product I received was not as described. It was advertised as a 100% genuine Sky Q TV remote with bluetooth and voice control. The remote I was sent was a cheap knock off and it did not have bluetooth or voice control and only worked if I was standing a foot away from the box. I contacted the seller who only wanted to provide a partial refund. I went through the eBay refund process and got all my money back. Don't let them scam you.
