The production and shipping of a custom order or in-stock order may be delayed if payment is not received within the desired time specified in the payment policy on the listing. Premier Products reserves the right to cancel the order and report an un-paid item through ebay which can result in an un-paid item strike. Please check the payment policy on the listing as buy it now policy and auction policy are different. All orders are final and any deposit left is non refundable.
 
Upon receiving your item you must sign off you accept the items condition. After signing the acceptance of the item, you have an additional 24 hours to report to Premier Products any cosmetic or physical damages to your product which you may not have noticed on delivery. Outside of that period of 24 hours, Premier Products cannot accept the claim and will not be liable for such damages, as we have found there are many accident's that occur whilst in the customers care.
 
Premier Products does its best to represent the colour of its products to the best of its ability, but the colours are only a rough estimation, the actual colours could look different because of ones computer screen can be different.
 
Premier Products have an independent inspection of every product, and will not ship a product until an elaborate testing procedure is PASSED on all tests in accordance with CE regulations. If anything is wrong with the item after it is delivered, everything is covered under the manufactures warranty, and Premier Products will make its best effort to uphold the warranty through its parts warehouse and warranty service department.
 
For custom orders, most of the time involved is the custom building of the item to your specification; lead times are 8-10 weeks, all stock items are delivered within 7-14 days (starting from payment by customer). Premier Products cannot be held responsible for delays caused beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, delays pending customs clearance, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, labour disputes or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials.

the plastics may have surface marks of one kind or another on them because of the amount of time they spend in transit and the way the injection moulding is done when manufactured, ride on cars are made by an injection moulding which unfortunately does not always create a perfectly flat bodywork and sometimes If you look closely you will see some indentations, you will notice there is a pattern to these indentations as they are from the mould on the inside of the car. These are where the lugs are for holding parts, so nothing wrong with the item as this is part of the moulding technique and all cars have these in one place or another.
 
Please note ALL items that are battery operated are only covered by a 90 day warranty on the batteries as batteries are a consumable part. All other parts are 12 months warranty.
 
Any item that is over 6 months old that needs to be returned to us for warranty inspection, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.
 
If an item arrives damaged, it must not be assembled and used, please report to us straight away so we can advise a return if assembled and used we cannot accept a return.

The products we received had been damaged during transit so where Faulty upon delivery, once I explained the situation to the Seller they responded immediately , they sent the return postage and apologised even though it was not there direct fault , I received a full refund within a few days I would just like to say that even though we didn’t end up with the product that we wanted we where totally impressed with the service and attitude of the seller they really deserve a 5* review
