They don't have to do much, after all. I have two others by a big-name brand, which are much more expensive. I will say this, though. They don't cater for 2.5" wide MTB tyres very well. The tyre fits comfortably within the 'trough' the wheel sits in, but the plastic component that holds the wheel isn't quite wide enough for the tyre to fit comfortably. I haven't had a bike topple over yet, tho.

Needs steadying when mounting and removing the bike. Next buy would be with adjustable wheel width facility for very similar money. Can't see a problem with normal road or gravel tyres or standard domestic bike tyres.

The recipient waited in. Next minute I got a text to say they could not deliver it as no one was in ! They then took it to a local post office for collection. It is a 20 minute walk away and the parcel was heavy and large. Needless to say it took 2 people a lot of sweat and effort to get it. As I said. Lovely item shame your delivery was a shambles. Jim
