Arrived late with the back loose , but i kept it because i needed it . Now the n/off button has fell off the key board .so i have had to and go out and buy another one only after a week . I wont buy off you again.

The item was posted the very next day as promised and tracking indicates the same. I hope you understand that the delivery company operations are completely out of our control. I still apologize if you believe it was a mistake on our part.

Different power cable than shown in picture. I was sent a right angled fitting instead of the straight one shown in the picture. Not great but it just fits on the work surface. Didn’t bother sending it back. Also, in the description it doesn’t say it is used but on the dispatch note it says used. Works ok though.
