When a group of friends from the city vacation at a cattle ranch, things get hilariously out of hand in the 'City Slickers Collector's Edition' DVD. In the midst of a mid-life crisis, Mitch and two of his good friends decide to leave the comfort of the city to participate in a cattle drive. The urban dwellers quickly discover they are wildly out of their element, particularly when they meet their guide, a cowboy named Curly. The gruff and aging man, played by Jack Palance, is their polar opposite as he instructs them, to comedic effect, in the ways of the West. The PG-rated film offers moments that range from outrageously fun to emotional, and stars comedian Billy Crystal. This special 2008 edition also includes director commentary, closed captioning, a 'Back in the Saddle' featurette, and deleted scenes.
