The seller, Rob, was very helpful and reassuring when I phoned with queries re compatibility of the key and fitting it to my 20 year old Yamaha PF-500 piano. Especially the advice that even though I could see no physical damage to the original key, it was very likely that the new key would fix the problem, ie a sticky key with a sluggish return ... which it did! Yamaha support too, who told me where to get a Service Manual, showing how to replace the key.
