At first, when I opened the palette, I was shocked - the inside of the palette was scratched, and there were fingerprints on the shadows.
I informed the seller about this - he agreed to send compensation in the amount of 5 pounds maximum, but did not send it.
But the worst thing is that the palette turned out to be a fake. The darkest shade cannot be applied at all with either a brush or a finger. The seller ignores my messages and does not respond
