Just like a tin of beans, this product just does what it says on the label

You can try but, for me, not worth the buy!
These were suggested to me as the recommended vocal assistance for singers/readers to ease dry mouth and throat in performance. I chose the blackcurrent variety as sugar-free, so can't comment on the others I've not tried. These pastilles are more of a small, hard gummy with a distinctive taste - not exactly unpleasant, but not pleasant either! - that I presume comes from the myrrh content. They do lubricate the mouth, but the gums are so small & quite adhesive, they tend to stick to the back of one's teeth & are quite difficult to dislodge with one's tongue. Sometimes you just have to wait until the pastille has melted. I found this quite annoying. It would help if the gummy were bigger, but I still would not buy them again.
