Item was packaged and reinforced well to prevent damage. It took a while but it arrived safely. Installed onto the vehicle with no instructions, but watched youtube video online. Looks nice. I would be a great if the manufacturer of this light bar take extra care in quality control instead of just putting stuff out there as fast as they can, they would be a true world competitor among auto accessory manufacturers. No negative reflection against the seller.
