    My item hadn't arrived, so I contacted the seller who apologised, explained it was an error on their part and immediately arranged for a replacement which arrived two days later. A mark of a good seller is how they deal with issues like this and Andrew from Pickmore handled this perfectly. So I would be very happy to buy from this seller again. The cable reel itself is made in Germany, looks to be good quality and is light but durable. Much better than most of the cheaper alternatives.
