Ordered on April 20th,wasn't posted until April 25th and arrived today,may 1st. Quite slow dispatch and delivery time but on the plus side it's a gorgeous rug and fits my 16.2h mare very well. Lovely rug and great prices but don't order if you're in a hurry for the item. Also wasn't packaged in any kind of postage packing,was just the rug in the rug bag with my name and address visible so could easily have been damaged in transit . No issue at all with the item only the dispatch time a let down

hi there we dont use unnecessary packaging due try and prevent further plastics going into landfills, thats our policy. the rugs are priced sensibly and not express delivery

Rug as described, love the colour and does fit well, perfect for the colder days. Very roomy and adjustable rug. Good communication, as had issues with yodel but quick communication helped resolved the issue. It was quick delivery (until it came to pick, but problem with yodel not seller) but great service great price would fully recommend!

Ordered 50g rug on 10th March, took too long to be dispatched, Royal Mail posted card through my letter box 1st April stating seller hadn't paid enough postage, advised needed to pay £10 on collection. Seller refunded £10, I went to collect on 6th April, paid money owed. Seller had sent 100g rug instead of 50g. Notified seller, requested full refund and returned rug. I won't be buying anything again from this seller even though they are very competitive prices.
