8. Diritto di recesso

8.1 - Il Cliente che sia un Consumatore ha diritto di recedere da ogni contratto concluso con CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L., senza alcuna penalità, entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi decorrente dal giorno del ricevimento dei beni acquistati.

8.2 - Il diritto al recesso deve essere esercitato, entro il termine di cui alla precedente clausola (8.1), mediante l'invio di lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento da spedire a CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L. SP68, 32, 73040 Melissano (LE) Italia.

8.3 - Condizione essenziale per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso è la sostanziale integrità dei prodotti da restituire.

8.4 - Le modalità di restituzione del bene, in caso di recesso, sono:

- il Cliente deve avvisare tramite posta elettronica CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L., all'indirizzo info@casciaroagricoltura.it, delle modalità di trasporto del bene;

- CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L. provvede a rispondere, tramite posta elettronica, al Cliente indicando le modalità di trasporto che ritiene corrette per la salvaguardia del bene;

- In ogni caso, il bene dovrà essere restituito nel suo imballo originale con tutto il suo contenuto

- Il bene si considera restituito al momento in cui il vettore riconsegna il bene presso la sede di CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L. SP68, 32, 73040 Melissano (LE), Italia, in nome e per conto del Cliente che ha esercitato il diritto di recesso

8.5 - Le spese di restituzione del bene alla CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L. sono a carico del Cliente che esercita il diritto di recesso.

8.6 - CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L. si riserva il tempo necessario per controllare le condizioni del bene restituito, prima di rimborsare al Cliente le somme versate. Se ci sono i presupposti, CASCIARO AGRICOLTURA S.R.L. provvede al rimborso entro 30 giorni dal giorno di ricezione della merce resa.

8.7 - Il rimborso avviene tramite bonifico bancario o altro
