    I have to say that the glass bottle of squid oil arrived broken in its packaging, leaking all over. Although the bottle was bubble wrapped, it was sent in brown paper packaging - NOT a good idea. I contacted this merchant right away, and the next day got a reply with a full refund the same day. The company told me that EBAY is responsible for packaging, so I can't blame the merchant, who handled the transaction as best they could, so I give them a great rating.

    Ordered a set of two plastic oven bar end caps with screws for $94. I got was an open package of one end cap & no screws. Contacte the seller, they told me ask for a refund & they would pay me back when the item was returned. They didnt offer to replace the missing item, I had to do all the work to fix their mess up! No quality control of what they shipped out & very poor customer service. Not pleased with the company,,their service or the product they supplied.. Got a canned "I'm sorry" reply

    the product was BETTER than described and was delivered sooner than promised. What was bad was EBAY promised a $5 discoiunt for anythng I pjurchased and it would be applied when I piurchased something,. They did not pay the $5. The good news is I would reorder the product and do it confidently from this vendor. I just woukd not trust EBAY on any cimmitments they make.

    Best Hose ReeL Ever

    This is the first hose reel that actually holds up and doesn't break like the plastic ones. I've been using one of these for serval years and it has worked well and is very easy to use. I just purchased two more for a rental house and a friends house as well.

    Beyond bad. Is the problem the designer or the person that welded it? Ridiculous!

    This is designed exactly opposite of that it should be. IT IS HINGED ON THE LEFT but should be hinged on the RIGHT. A hose should be wound over the top so the winds can be controlled. However, because it swings to the left, it cannot be. The left swivel forces the wind UNDER the reel, so it makes it impossible to wind over the top of the reel and control the hose. OR --- they COULD have made the gooseneck hose connector face the opposite way and the hose could have been wound in the opposite direction, but NO, I am forced to wind UNDER the reel, making it impossible to keep a tight, controlled hose. What idiot designed this! Or perhaps, it was designed correctly, but some idiot welded the hinge pin in the wrong place. I cannot believe how BAD this unit is. Zero stars is too much. ...

    Easy to install

    Was super easy to set up. Had to adjust the mounting in my space because the rotation direction was contradictory to my space. Over all, it was good for the price. Had observed a few others that were up to $50.00 more. So far, its working great. Check me next year this time.

    Steel for strength and reliability

    One of the few steel hose reels now available and I look forward to using it for many years, as U did my last steel hose reel. A solid well constructed produce. I like the hinge feature that allow the hose to be in multiple directions.
