First choice for anyone in a wheelchair looking for comfort and warmth
Firstly I have never used this type of garment but just got wet on rainy days… This item is first class as the first day I used it the weather was very wet outside… I stayed dry and warm for the full 16 hours we were outside… Amazing! Also It fits well over my wheelchair which is an REA Azalea Assist.

Warm and waterproof
My husband has vascular dementia and I wanted a thick waterproof cover which would allow him to have his arms outside the cover . However, this turned out to be a mixed blessing as he slumped sideways and tried reaching for the wheel and brake. I then decided to keep his arms out of the sleeves and inside the cover, but there is no elastic along the sides to keep the cover in place.
