Bought the item after measuring up for my project carefully. However one crucial measurement was missing from the advert, and once it had arrived I realised that measurement was actually quite critical. Contacted the vendor who was quite happy for me to return the item, however due to weight the cost of return was £60!!! I did not want to lose anymore money, especially as the vendor stated any damage, even to the packaging could result in money being held back from any refund. Now stuck with it!
