Electrical item arrived with a single layer of bubble wrap in a plastic bag, amazingly no damage, but was faulty. Seller offered only a partial refund and to keep the item that didn't work, blaming 'the warehouse'. Replacement arrived with less packaging, in the same plastic bag, this one is both damaged AND faulty. Horrendous service.
