We are sorry that we missed you email - our primary customer service channel is here on eBay messages. Regarding the question, as others may be also interested: To use our gears, there is no need for any lubrication, as the material itself has self lubricating properties and is also wear resistant. (however, if you prefer to use some light instrument oil as lubricant, it will not do harm, as the material is also resistant to chemicals... We still suggest using it dry though.)

Was expecting it would be stronger, the peace came broken, but they send me another... fit wise was good, but again, it should be a stronger material, overal, a litle bit expensive for the product quality. Vendor is very good and and comunication 5 star!
