The says it’s as new , faulty electronics ,someone tried to set up 3 years ago. Then refuses to answer and won’t refund even though eBay told him to. No communication once he realised it was coming back.

The listing indicated a “Used” item besides this we sent him a like-new condition item. We shared actual pictures in the message and also guided the buyer in troubleshooting steps. We have all records of our communication. Our team checked upon receiving it and found that the product was in working condition. We already guided him to configure his internet settings. This is unfair for negative feedback.
