    ITEM WAS NEVER SHIPPED (ALTHOUGH THE SELLER ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS).......HOWEVER TRACKING NUMBER ONLY INDICATED USPS WAITING FOR ITEM. 3 EMAILS AND 21 DAYS LATER ITEM STILL NOT RECEIVED. VERY POOR TO NO COMMUNICATION. A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE GONE A LONG WAY!! UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. FINALLY EBAY HAD TO STEP IN TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I DON'T LIKE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BUT IN THIS CASE I FEEL IT IS MERITED.

    The post office failed to scan the envelope & lost your letter - what do you think I can do about it? - I sent a refund the minute you requested it

    ITEM WASNT SHIPPED UNTIL ALMOST A WEEK AFTER I PAID FOR IT AND I EMAILED SELLER A REMINDER TO SHIP.. AT A MUCH LATER DATE I WAS TOLD ITEM WAS DROPPED IN A MAIL BOX. USPS DOES NOT SCAN ITEMS FROM A MAIL BOX FOR TRACKING!! HAD IT BEEN TAKEN TO THE P.O. AND ACTUALLY MAILED THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A TRACKING RECORD.....END OF STORY! OVER 3 WEEKS NOW AND NO ITEM OR TRACKING INFO. I HAD TO ASK EBAY TO STEP IN TO GET A REFUND. A LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM AND TRANSPARENCY WOULD HAVE BEEN WELCOME!
