The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent any damage during the shipping. All parts are marked with stamps, removal of the marks will invalidate your chance of return.

If the item(s) supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, Motex Spares must be contacted immediately and then the item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days at the cost of the customer.
Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
