True workmanship around every turn. The packaging was incredible. Secured in styrofoam, which in turn was secured in a perfect wood support brace, which in turn was perfectly packaged in a solid cardboard box. Not even a single thin string cable on the ship model was damaged. These folks take pride in their product every step of the way, from manufacture to delivery. Buy from them! A+!
