Don't waste your money and time!
We have 2 girls with long hair in this house, hair on the carpet is the major problem. I tried using strong suction, still can't really pick all the hair up. Plus it drains the battery very quick. I asked for a refund but I was only allowed to have a replacement even though it's just about to be 6 months since I've purchased. I thought I'd give Shark a try instead of just going for Dyson. Now, I am stuck with a useless hoover in my house and have to go buy a new Dyson hoover. We have 2 girls with long hair in this house, hair on the carpet is the major problem. I am very pleased with its suction, and the pickup of material from hard floor. On carpet. it seems fairly gentle on the pile and gets the hairs well, but his is only the first week of use so I can't comment on reliability yet.
